新型铜釉受电靴材料研究

摘    要:本文介绍了新型铜釉受电靴材料的制备过程.由不同倍数金相显微镜下的微观组织和形貌特征,可以看出在高温下釉可以与铜结合.经过不同参数的摩擦实验,证明釉可以极大的提高铜基粉末冶金材料的耐磨性,同时在高速条件下,有着优异的表现.

Abstract:The preparation process of new kind Cu-glaze current collector shoe materials is introduced.The micro-structures and spectrometry characteristics under different multiples in metalloscope indicates that glaze and Cu can combine under high temperature.The tests with various parameters prove that glaze can highly improve the abrasive resistance of Cu matrix PM materials,especially under high speed situation.
