| 摘 要： | 利用1954—2006年全国垮坝事故统计资料,分析了因遇超标准洪水而失事的水库在发生时间、空间、坝龄、坝高方面的分布特点。结果表明:小(2)型水库是垮坝事件的主体;各省(自治区、直辖市)垮坝数占已建水库的比例,北方地区明显高于南方地区。经综合分析认为,在适应我国当时经济发展水平的基础上,以往不同时期制定的设计洪水标准基本上是合适的。

| Abstract: | According to the statistical data of accident reservoirs coursed by extra standard flood in China from 1954 to 2006,the distribution characteristics of time,space,dam age,dam height were analyzed.The results show that most of accident reservoirs belong to small scale II.The ratio of accident reservoirs to existing reservoirs in the north provinces is higher than that in south provinces.Based on the adaptation of China's economic development,the design flood standard in different times is reasonable. |
