| 摘 要： | 黄河下游河流动力地质作用主要包括淤积作用、冲刷侵蚀作用和渗流潜蚀,其中黄河下游的淤积作用是最主要的河流动力地质作用。对黄河下游河流动力地质作用效应进行了分析,认为:河流地貌断面形态与输水输沙能力有较大关系;河势变化,尤其是河势突变对河流安全运行有重要影响;渗流潜蚀作用降低和改变土体介质的力学强度和物理性状,可引发渗漏、沙沸、流土等不良工程地质现象和堤岸溃决险情。
