| 摘 要： | 电信运营商正在积极引入云计算实现IT系统的转型,本文首先分析了电信运营商的IT云架构思路,重点提出了开放式云平台架构的电信IT系统建设架构,并对架构的关键环节进行描述,最后给出了开放式云平台引入的策略分析.

| Abstract: | Telecommunication operator is adopting cloud computing to realize the changing of IT system. At first, this paper analyses the idea of IT cloud architecture. It proposes telecommunication IT system construction architecture which is based on open cloud platform. And it describes the key links of the architecture. Finally, it provides the strategy analysis introduced by open cloud platform. |
