摘    要:本文概述了带材破碎制备Fe78Si9B13非晶合金粉末及其磁粉芯的制备与性能研究;铁硅硼合金是制备磁粉芯的理想原料;球磨气流复合破碎法是带材破碎制粉的有效途径之一;通过不同磁导率非晶磁粉芯产品的磁性能测试,证明Fe78Si9B13非晶磁粉芯是综合性能良好的一种新型磁粉芯.

Abstract:This paper summarizes the development of Fe-Si-B amorphous alloy powder prepared by ribbon crush and the studies on magnetic properties of powder core using same.Fe-Si-B amorphous alloy ribbon used as a raw material in the production of powder is obtained.It is one of the effective methods of powder preparation to crush by ball-milled and jet-milled.Based on the test of magnetic properties of Fe78Si9B13 amorphous powder core,It's prooved that Fe78Si9B13 amorphous powder core is a new variety with good complex magnetic properties.
