| 摘 要： | 分析了西霞院水库的设计指标与运用方式,提出了西霞院水库汛期优化调度的措施:①汛限水位不限,即在小浪底水库蓄水运用、下泄水流较清时,对西霞院水库采取汛限水位动态控制运用;②死库容不死,即利用西霞院水库设计淤积的死库容调节泥沙,协调进入黄河下游的水沙关系,减少黄河下游河槽淤积的可行性;③尽快开展小浪底和西霞院水文站的建设与研究,以满足黄河防汛、抗旱、调水调沙的要求。
