微带环行器的设计方法与仿真

摘    要:由于微带环行器具有体积小,易与微波电路集成等优点,从而成为现阶段环行器研究的主要对象。针对同一铁氧体基片,采用不同的设计方法,设计工作在X波段的微带结环行器,在HFSS中进行仿真,各设计方法的仿真数据均满足设计要求和性能指标。仿真结果表明经典理论设计与计算机仿真相结合对微带环行器的设计具有指导意义。

Abstract:The microstrip circulator has become a major object of study because itrs small, ease to integrate, etc. With a same ferrite substrate, the microstrip circulators working in X band are designed with different methods and simulated in HFSS. The simulation results meet the design requirement and specification thoroughly. It verifies that the design theory combined with simulation is instructive for the design of microstrip circulators.
