| 摘 要： | 详细介绍了堆取料机悬臂带式输送机胶带更换工艺的优化,并对优化前后的效果做了对比,提出了胶带"回牵扒头法"和胶接部位加垫皮并覆盖脱膜纸的方法,有效提高了胶带更换效率及接头部位的质量。

| Abstract: | The optimization of stacker/reclaimer cantilever belt conveyor＇s belt replacement process is introduced in detail. The effects before and after optimization are compared. The method of the belt ＂back pulling then peeling off the rubber＂ and covering stripping paper on the joint position is proposed,which effectively improve the belt replacement efficiency and quality of the joint. |
