| Abstract: | Through analyzing rapid transit system, fast loop and walking system in the city, it elaborates traffic conditions generating from new urban center, and points out that the new city centre needs such traffic conditions. Vice versa, such traffic conditions are more likely to lead to a new generation of urban centre districts. |
