摘    要:原油氧化反应动力学特性是注空气提高石油采收率技术室内研究及现场应用的基础。为掌握原油与空气的氧化反应动力学特征,运用能量方程、质量作用定律及经典动力学理论,推导了高压近绝热量热法原油氧化反应动力学特性数学模型,给出了氧化反应动力学基础参数的计算方法。采用加速量热仪,通过实验研究了高压近绝热条件下典型原油的氧化特性。运用该数学模型,计算得到了典型原油的反应级数、活化能及指前因子,其相关系数均大于0.99。采用原油高压近绝热量热实验及其氧化动力学参数计算方法,能够为注空气提高石油采收率技术室内物理模拟及数值模拟研究提供可靠的基础数据。

Abstract:Understanding the kinetic characteristics of crude oil oxidation is the foundation for laboratory researches and field applications regarding air injection technology to enhance oil recovery. In this study, a mathematical model for crude oil oxidation kinetics is derived using high-pressure near-adiabatic calorimetry and formulas for calculating the kinetic parameters which are provided in accordance with energy conservation equation, the mass action law, and the classical kinetic theory. The oxidation reactions of typical crude oil under high-pressure and near-adiabatic conditions are experimentally studied using an accelerating rate calorimeter, and the kinetic parameters including reaction order, activation energy, and pre-exponential factor are calculated with correlation coefficient>0.99. Using the proposed high-pressure near-adiabatic calorimetry and parameter calculation methods, reliable basic data can be obtained for laboratory research and numerical simulation on the air injection technology for enhancing oil recovery.
