| Abstract: | This paper makes an introduction about the constitution of automatic hydrological survey and forecast system and analyzes common breakdowns in rain fall measuring terminal,telemetry terminal,telemetry relay,preposition machine and modem.The treatment measures are also put forward in this paper. |
