| 摘 要： | 基于MATLAB图像识别技术开发了原棉异纤在线检测系统，讨论了原棉图像自动采集及判别处理系统的软硬件结构，分析其系统初始化、预处理、图像特征提取及判别的过程和原理．实际验证，应用本系统的原棉异纤在线检测，识别率可达到99％vX上，从而可以达到减轻工人劳动强度和提高生产效率的目的。

| Abstract: | The different fine online detection system of raw cotton based on image-recognition technology with MATLAB is described. The software and hardware structure of the online measuring system are discussed, and the principle of the system initial, pretreatment, image-characteristic collection and differentiates are analysed. It has proved that, using this system, the discerning rate can be more than 99%, thus can reduce worker's labor intensity and improve production efficiency. |
