顶管法施工具有在不干扰地面的情况下铺设地下管道的特点，已发展成一门新兴的非开挖施工技术。在顶管施工中，为保证管节的生产质量满足设计和规范的要求，监理人员必须熟悉和掌握管节生产监控的要点，有效地控制管节生产过程中的质量，促进生产质量的提高。本文重点阐述了监理人员在Ф3500管节生产过程中的质量控制要点。

The Production Supervision Control Key Points of the Section of Concrete Pipe-jacking Tunnel

Pipe-jacking method has the characteristic of laying the underground pipeline without disturbing the ground, and now it has already become a newly no-excavation construction technique. For the purpose of ensuring the production of pipe section to satisfy the requirement of the design and code, the key points of the production supervision of the pipe section must be clearly known by the supervision persons, so as to improve the production quality when the pipe-jacking method was used. The key points of the quality control in the production process of the Ф3500 pipe section were analyzed in this paper.
