| Abstract: | The methods of using the organic solvent depositing and different chromatographic columns such as Silica gel column, Polyamide column, Sephadex G - 25 column to isolate and purify the soyasaponin and isoflavone from methanol extracts from soybean germ wrer studied. Furthermore, the results of these methods were compared. |
