摘    要:运用图形处理和非线性回归的知识,对已知样本切面图进行切片重组工作。通过在每张切片中寻求切面的最大内切圆方法,求得样本血管中轴线在切面上的交点坐标及血管壁半径,并通过编程实现算法,得到半径r较满意的估计值及中轴线的函数表达式。

Abstract:Graphics processing and nonlinear regression were utilized for carrying out cut-sections reconstruction of several samples of blood vessel tangent plane images in this paper. The middle axile line of several sample blood vessel on tangent plane and it's intersection point coordinates and radius of blood vessel wall was obtained, by finding maximum internal tangent circle at tangent plane for every sections. And then the estimated value of blood vessel wall radius as well as functional expresssion of middle axle line were obtained through programming and calulation. The results show that this is a peomising method.
