摘    要:阿舍勒铜矿为黄铁矿型铜、锌多金属矿床,矿石结构复杂,类型较多,金属矿物嵌布粒度细,部分粗粒嵌布,硫化矿物可浮性差异小,铜锌矿物与黄铁矿嵌布关系极为密切,铜锌矿物之间除少量致密共生外,大部分嵌布关系不密切。为进一步完善选矿生产过程,达到稳步提高选矿技术指标的目的,在总结以往生产调试和试验研究的基础上,综合借鉴混合浮选与优先浮选的试验研究成果,结合现场生产实际,采取旋流静态微泡浮选柱"异步分选,强化回收"的工艺进行技术改造,铜选矿技术指标得到明显提高,新增产值约2.53亿元,经济效益十分显著。

Abstract:The Ashele league shed forces the copper mine is the volcanic eruption-depositional origin the yellow iron ore copper,the zinc polymetallic ore deposit,the ore structure is complex,the type are many,the metallic minerals inlay the cloth granularity to be thin,the partial large grain chief lama,the curing mineral floatability difference is small,the copper zinc mineral and the yellow iron ore chief lama relations are extremely close,between the copper zinc mineral besides the few compact paragenesis,the majority of chief lama relations are not close.is further consummates the dressing production process,achieves enhances the dressing technical specification is the goal with steady steps,in the summary formerly produced the debugging and in the experimental study foundation,the synthesis profits from the bulk flotation with the selective flotation experimental study achievement,links to the scene production reality,through adopts the eddy static state micro soaks the flotation process column "the asynchronous separation,the strengthened recycling"the processing technology transformation,the copper dressing technical specification has the distinct enhancement,the additional output value the approximately 253,000,000 RMB,the economic efficiency is very remarkable.
