橡胶履带附着性能的测试分析

摘    要:本通过对工程机械用橡胶履带附着性能的测试,得出了附着力及下陷量随土壤含量的变化规律,并将其与红旗-100推土机用的金属履带附着力及下陷量进行比较。简要分析了形成橡胶履带与金属履带附着力及下陷量判别的机理。

Abstract:Through a test of the adherent performance of rubber tracks, the variation rule of the adherence and sinking amount in relation to the water content in the soil is obtained. They are compared to the adherence and sinking amount of the metal tracks on model Hongqi-100 bulldozer. The mechanism causing the differenceof adherence and sinking amount between rubber tracks and metal ones is concisely analyzed.
