摘    要:采用化学分析、金相观察等方法对冷拔GCr15轴承钢开裂原因进行分析。结果表明,烘烤温度过高,钢材表层产生片状珠光体,使得拉拔变形极不均匀,表层金属流动不均匀产生的附加拉应力超过金属强度极限,造成轴承钢冷拔开裂。

Abstract:The cause of crack of cold-drawing GCr15 bearing steel was analyzed by chemistry analysis and metallurgical microscope.The result shows that over high baking temperature results in formation of lamellar pearlite leading to non-uniformity of drawing deformation and furthermore the adjunctive tensile stress arising from non-uniform flow of the surface metal exceeds the limit of the strength of the metal.They are the primary causes to the cold drawing crack of the bearing steel.
