| 摘 要： | 钢结构住宅体系是绿色住宅体系的重要组成部分,根据钢结构住宅体系的特点,参考国外住宅产业经验,探讨促进其发展的模式和思路,为国内钢结构住宅提供借鉴和参考。对钢结构住宅市场、产业集团等概念进行阐述和分析,认为钢结构住宅在我国尚处于起步阶段,多元化发展将是今后一段时间钢结构住宅发展最有可能的途径。

| Abstract: | The steel structure residential system is an important part of the green residential system; according to the characteristics of steel structure residential system and the experience in foreign residential industry, the discussion on promoting its development mode and thought shall be carried out to provide the reference for domestic steel structure residences. Through the exposition and analysis on the market, industry group and other concepts of steel structure residences, it is thought that the steel structure residences are still in the starting stage in China and the diversifi cation development will be the most likely way of steel structure residence development in the future period. |
