香港超高层住宅标志性解读

标志性是高层建筑所追求的重要目标。在高层高密度的城市中,标志性超高层住宅在城市形态塑造、空间导向等方面起到重要作用。以香港地区作为研究范围,选择城市和区域两个层级的超高层住宅案例,从建筑形态、建成环境、立面设计等角度解读标志性的构成因素,从而总结出超高层住宅的标志性特点。

Interpretation of Land Marking of Super High-Rise Residences in Hong Kong

Land marking is an important goal pursued by high-rise buildings. In cities with dense high-rise buildings, landmark super high-rise residences play an important role in shaping of urban form and spatial orientation. Taking Hong Kong region as the range of study and selecting cases of super high-rise residences at urban and district levels, this paper interprets component factors of landmark feature from perspectives of architectural form, built-up environment and faqade design, accordingly it concludes super high-rise buildings＇ characteristics of land marking.
