直升机旋翼转速实时监控系统的设计与应用

摘    要:基于C++ Builder可视化开发环境开发了直升机旋翼转速数字监控系统,改进了C++ Builder提供的串行通信驱动程序,制定了特定的数据通信协议;设计了灵活的数据库操作接口,保证了系统数据能实时有序地进行存取;开发了在线作图功能和离线调用数据库作图功能,能够直观地分析直升机旋翼转速的变化规律;试飞结果证明,该监控系统可以实时显示、存储远程测速终端上传的数据,并能够利用这些数据实时或离线绘图,为分析旋翼转速的变化规律提供了保证,达到了设计的要求。

Abstract:The paper introduces a real-time monitoring system using the MCS-51 to detect the rotation speed as the subordinate computer,and using a PC as the principal computer.Data collection and conversion are realized by the MCS-51 and A/D conversion module.The serial communication between PC and MCS-51,the online/offline drawing and the dynamic data access are all realized in C++ Builder.The results of the flight test show,the real-time monitoring system can ensure the analysis of the rotation speed data,and meet ...
