磁流体研磨法研磨陶瓷球的试验研究

摘    要:介绍了陶瓷球的磁流体研磨法。通过对四种不同陶瓷球的研磨试验,得出了基本研磨参数与研磨效率的关系,证明了磁流体研磨法对陶瓷球精密加工的高效性和高质量性。

Abstract:agnetic fluid grinding method for the grinding of ceramic balls has been described in the paper. With the grinding abets on four kinds of different ceramic balls,the relationship be tween the basic grinding parameter and efficiency is obtained, and the high efficiency and quality of magnetic fluid grinding grinding method in the praise process of ceramic balls.
