| 摘 要： | 提出机械系统可靠性优化设计的３种实现策略：一是直接求解系统可行性优化设计整体数学规划模型的耦合优化策略；二是将单元可靠性优化设计模型和系统可靠性优化分配模型联立迭代求解的分解协调经策略；三是将单元可靠性优化分配模型分别独立求解的分散优化策略。前者适用于规模不大的机械系统的可靠性优化设计，后二者适用于规模较大的机械系统的可靠性优化设计。

| Abstract: | Three strategies for realizing optimal reliability design of a mechanical system are worked out in this paper.The first one is named coupling optimization in which the optimal reliability design model of the system is handle as a whole. The second one is called decomposition-coordination optimization in which the simultaneous solutions of optimal reliability design models of elements and an optimal allocation model of system reliability are found iteratively. The third one has the name of scattering optimization in which optimal reliability design models of elements and an optimal allocation model of system reliability are solved respectively. The coupling optimization strategy is applied to optimize reliability design of a small-scale mechanical system and the decomposition-coordination optimization strategy and the scattering optimization strategy are applied to optimize reliability design of a large-scale mechanical system. |
