加氢精制装置工艺设备在湿硫化氢环境中的腐蚀与防护

摘    要:高硫原油在加工过程中,由于存在非活性硫不断向活性硫转变,由硫引发的各种硫腐蚀就贯穿于炼油的全过程。作为二次加工装置的催化(焦化)柴油加氢精制装置也不例外。几年来多起湿硫化氢腐蚀案例在加氢装置生产实践中显现出来,给装置安全生产带来隐患。笔者根据腐蚀机理和检测结果对这些案例进行了分析,并提出相应的防护措施和看法。

Abstract:In the processing of production of high sulfur crude oil, owing to the existing non ?activated sulfur changed to activated sulfur continually, the corrosion of various type sulfur corrosion caused by sulfur ran through the whole processing of refining. As the secondary processing unit, the catalytic cracking (coker) diesel fuel oil hydrofining unit could not be avoided. A lot of wet hydrogen sulfide corrosion examples were presented in the production practice of hydrofining unit since several years, and brought about hidden trouble for the unit safe production. In accordance with corrosion mechanism and testing results, these examples were analyzed by the author. The corresponding protection and view point were proposed.
