锅炉空气预热器密封装置的节能改造

摘    要:该文介绍了某电厂采用目前较先进的VDF技术,重新设计计算了空气预热器部分密封间隙,对锅炉空气预热器进行了不可调、双密封改造。同时介绍了施工技术方案和本项目的特点。经过改造后漏风大幅度下降,提高了锅炉效率和机组带负荷能力,经济效益显著。

Abstract:The paper describes how a certain power plant has been using the, at present advanced VDF technique, recal culated and redesigned the clearances of part of its air preheater's sealings, which were then retrofitted into non-adjustable dual sealings. How the retrofit had been effectuated and the special features of the project are also being presented at the same time. Air leakage after retrofit reduced considerable, increasing the boiler's efficiency and the set's loading capability. The economic merits are remarkable.
