| 摘 要： | “计划型经济体制、福利型经营体制、住宅小区分散、物业管理包办”是油田矿区物业管理的现状,因而决定了油田物业管理企业必须依托油田求生存、面向市场求发展。油田物业管理企业要在新的形势下求发展,必须改革物业管理体制、建立人才激励机制、实施“走出去”战略、强化服务意识、注重人才培养。

| Abstract: | The planned economic system,welfare management system,disperse residence districts and property management of everything,are the actual state of the property management in the oilfield area,which thus indicates that the oilfield property management enterprise must rely on the oilfield for existence and face market for development.In order to seek development,we must reform the property management system,establish the talents' motivating mechanism,enforce the strategy of "going out",intensify service awareness and place stress on cultivation of talents. |
