摘    要:云南330kt/a硫磺制酸装置是南化集团设计院开发、设计的又一投资省、效益好的大型现代化硫磺制酸装置。介绍了该装置的工艺流程和技术特点,指出该装置采用新设备和新材料,同时使用中心管式不锈钢转化器、低位干吸塔及透平驱动主风机,这在国内大型硫磺制酸装置中尚属首例。

Abstract:The 330 kt/a (Yunnan) is another modern and large sulfur based sulfuric acid plant developed and designed by Nanjing Chemical Industrial (Group) Design Institute. The process flow and technical features of the plant is introduced and it is indicated that new equipment and new materials are used in the plant. Central tube type stainless steel converter, low dry absorption column and turbine driven primary blower are synchronously used for the first time among large domestic sulfur based sulfuric acid plants.
