浅议《生丝标准》纤度均方差

从执行《生丝标准》定级情况分析,在受检31dtex规格生丝中,纯属纤度均方差定级的丝批,平均等级比老标准下降0.85级。即纤度均方差因素占平均等级下降因素的61%。文章分析比较了均方差与平均差计算方法之优劣,提出缫丝厂实施《生丝标准》如何适应纤度均方差的措施。

On the Size Mean-square Deviation of the New Raw Silk Standards

In carrying out raw silk gradation according to the new Raw Silk Standards, it is found that the average grade of the tested batches of raw silk 31dtex solely graded by mean-square deviations of size will be reduced by 0.85 grade in comparison with that graded by former standards; i. e., the degradation caused by size mean-square deviation accounts for 61% of the average degradation caused by all factors. The merits and weaknesses of mean-square deviation calculation and mean deviation calculation are analysized and compared, and measures to be taken by filatures for the adaptation of the mean-square deviation in carrying out the new standards are suggested.
