敌氯菊酯分析方法的研究

敌氯菊酯是由敌敌畏，氯氰菊酯两种农药混合复配而成，本文采用气相色谱法，选择5％SE－30色谱柱，以联苯为敌敌畏的内标，以邻苯二甲酸二正辛酯为氯氯菊酯的内标，在不同温度下完成 上述两种农药有效成分的定量分析，敌敌畏的标准偏差0．05，变异系数0．2％，回收率99．2％，氯氰菊酯的标准偏差0．02，变异系数0．4％，回收率99．4％。

Studies on the Method for Analysing theMixture of Dichlorvos and Cypermethrin

Aquantitative analgsis method was established fortwo active ingredients of dichlorvos and cypermethrin in themixture composed of them in different temperatures,by usinggas chromatography,and selecting 5% SE-30 for chro-matographic columa,biphenyl for internal standard of dichlor-vos and di-n-octyl phtbalate for that of cypermethrin. The re-sults indicated that for dichorvos the standard deviation was 0.05.the coefficient of variation was 0.2%and the recovery 99.2%;for cypermcthrin the standard deviation was 0.02,the coefficient of variation was 0.4%and the recovery 99.4%.
