Abstract:Mounting position of compensation equipment and compensation capacity in reactive power optimization of distribution networks are studied.Principles and methods for reactive power compensation are introduced first and the four compensation schemes for distribution networks are analyzed and compared in detail.It is believed that,for low power factor substations and lines,the compensation scheme of fixing the distribution lines should be adopted.Also,the county-level power system in south Hebei power networks...
