Abstract:To realize the monitoring for the insulator surface condition through extracting the amount of the relevant characteristics of leakage current(LC) is the critical way to prevent flashover and to improve grid reliability.Consequently,not only spectrum energy and bi-spectrum of LC are calculated based on the spectrum theory and high order cumulants theory,but also the bi-spectrum slice and its corresponding frequency are analyzed.The results show that spectrum energy can describe the development of LC.The hig...
