| 摘 要： | 在充分分析南方电网及5省(区)节能发电调度工作及相关技术支持系统建设情况的基础上,对全网一体化节能发电调度技术支持系统建设的必要性、可行性进行了充分的分析,并对整体建设方案进行了探讨,以促进南方电网落实国家节能减排政策,在全网推进节能经济调度工作标准化、规范化的需求.
