摘    要:利用自制的双芯光子晶体光纤(D-PCF)与单模光纤(SMF)熔接,并在熔接点塌陷空气孔,提出了一种新型的D-PCF马赫-曾德干涉仪(MZI).利用图像提取法和有限元方法,分析并计算了实际拉制出的D-PCF支持的光纤模式.经过分析发现,这种新型光纤干涉仪的主要干涉模式是环芯模式,不同于传统光纤干涉仪的干涉模式.实验观测了...

Abstract:A novel Mach-Zehnder interferometer(MZI) is proposed by splicing a section of homemade dual-core photonic crystal fiber(D-PCF) and two segments of single mode fibers(SMFs) and collapsing the air holes in the splice regions.The mode characteristics of the cross section were analyzed with the image-extracted method and the finite element method.The results show that the interferring modes of the novel MZI are the ring-core modes,which is different from the traditional interferometer.The relations between the ...
