摘    要:介绍了480 kt/a镍冶炼烟气制酸系统转化工序在超负荷运行状态下暴露出来的热负荷高以及转化率低等问题。通过增加催化剂量、加大冷激管直径和将工业氧气接入第三转化段消除了转化工序的瓶颈。改造后提高了SO2转化率,增加了硫酸产量,降低了尾吸碱耗,同时保证了系统的安全稳定运行。

Abstract:Some problems,such as high heat load and low conversion efficiency,occurring under overload operation condition in the conversion section of a 480 kt/a sulphuric acid system based on nickel smelter off-gas are described.The bottlenecks were eliminated by increasing catalyst volume,installing large-diameter quench lines and introducing industrial oxygen to the 3rd bed of converter.After taking these measures,SO 2 conversion efficiency and sulphuric acid production were increased,alkali consumption for tail gas treatment was decreased and safe and smooth operation of the system was ensured.
