| 摘 要： | 我国加入WTO后,建设领域的各种国际化交流与合作日渐增多。我国在工程建设标准的建设和管理上,已形成一套比较完整的体系,有着广泛的适应性和代表性。本文针对工程建设标准化工作涉及服务贸易和实物贸易两大领域的特殊性,通过探讨我国工程建设标准化理念向国外整体输出特别是向发展中国家输出的可能性,分析、提出工程建设标准化理念战略输出的具体措施和方案。

| Abstract: | Ever since China entered the World Trade Organization(WTO),there is an obvious increase in activities in international information exchanges and collaborations in conjunction with the economic development in construction industry.For a long period of time,China has established a comprehensive system of standards in engineering construction and project management.Based on the special characteristics of engineering construction standards,this paper attempts to explore the possibility to export China's ideology in engineering construction standards,especially to developing countries.This paper also presents an analysis and strategy on the ideas of exporting such standards. |
