国内外热风炉高风温、长寿技术现状及对攀钢的建议

摘    要:介绍了国内外高风温、长寿热风炉采取的技术措施,如:改进热风炉结构型式及耐火材料材质、研究新的砌砖方式及燃烧器、组合砖技术等等;并调查了攀钢热风炉现状,分析了其存在问题并提出了改进建议。

Abstract:The present paper introduces the technical measures globally taken for hot stoves with high blast temperature and long service life,which include the improvement of structural pattern,refractory quality, new development of brickbuilding and burner, combination firebrick technique,etc. The investigation on the status of hot stoves at Pangang is conducted,and the existing prob-lems are also analyzed for the suggestions raised thereafter.
