宝钢转炉复吹技术的进步

摘    要:介绍了宝钢转炉复吹技术的发展历程,阐述了目前复吹的工艺参数和特点,比较了复吹转炉在不同底吹风口状态下的冶金效果,说明了裸露的底吹风口有利于铁水锰回收率的提高、转炉终渣Fe含量的降低、转炉终点钢水碳氧积的下降以及脱磷、脱硫能力的提高.

Abstract:The development course of Baosteel converter combined blowing technology is introduced. Current combined blowing technical parameters and characteristics are described. Metallurgical effects of combined blowing converters under different conditions of bottom tuyeres are compared. Results indicate that the technology of bottom tuyeres without block is favorable to increasing recovery yield of manganese in hot metal, decreasing total iron in finishing slag, lowering [%C] [%O]of liquid steel at the end point and increasing efficiency of dephosphorization and desulphurization.
