摘    要:阐述了有色金属铸件(重力铸造)生产中,计算浇注系统最小截面积的常用公式之特点和存在的不足,分析了这公式共同存在的使用前提不明、适用范围窄、通用性差等缺点,介绍了一种用统计学方法回归推算出的适用范围宽,操作简便快捷、实用性强的有色金属铸件浇注系统最小截面积(∑F阻)的计算公式,并对其与近十几年来众多成功的生产实例进行了比照。

Abstract:The features and shortcomings of some conventional or less conventional empiric formula and conventional hydraulic formula for calculating minimum section area of gating system in present non ferrous Al and Cu alloys by gravity die casting was expounded. The lack of these formula in unclear prerequisite,narrow application extent and unsatisfactory generality,was analyzed.A deduced by statistics regression for formula with widely applied range,convenient operation,strong practicality for minimum section area calculation of gating system of non ferrous metal casting is proposed.
