电液装岩机工作机构优化设计

摘    要:在对ZY─20型电液装岩机工作机构进行分析的基础上,建立了优化设计的数学模型,优化方法选择SUMT调用Powel1法,优化程序采用TurboC语言编写。通过优化设计使工作机构的结构更加趋于合理,从而提高了工作机构的运动平稳性,减小了链条的最大拉力和提升时间。

Abstract:Based on an analysis of the working mechanism for an electrohydraulic rock-loader ZY-20,the mathematical model of optimization design has been establisheed. Optimization method SUMT,calling for the process Powell and employing language Turbo C is used in the formulation of the optimization program.With this optimization in design,the structure of its working mechanism becomes more rational,its motion made more smooth and steady,and both the maximum pulling force on the chains and the lifting time are reduced.
