变压器导体中涡流损耗的数值计算

摘    要:导体中的涡流损耗可以用求解二维正弦涡流方程的办法来算出。本文通过数值计算,给出工程上常用的一些不同尺寸比的导体在均匀磁场和直线分布的磁场内的涡流损耗曲线;并且探讨了处于实际变压器漏磁场中导体涡流损耗的算法,得出了需加电流约束的导体范围,为实际工程计算提供了依据。

Abstract:Eddy current loss in conductor can be calculated by solving the 2Dsinusoidal eddy current equation. In this paper, using the F E method,the eddy current losses in conductors of different size under the uniformor linear distributed time varying magnetic field are calculated; thenthe method of calculation with conductors situated in the leakage fieldof real power transformer is investigated and the number of conductorswhich the current constraint must be imposed on is obtained. This provi-des a useful guide to the engineering calculation.
