生产羧基丁苯胶乳聚合釜的放大规律

摘    要:根据羧基丁苯胶乳合成工艺的特点,乳液均成核机理和低皂聚合原理,拟定了聚合釜的放大规律应遵循的依据。通过冷模试验和工业性试验,推荐聚合釜适宜的搅拌器为改进四叶斜桨和四叶斜桨;回归试验数据得到改进四叶斜桨搅拌功能Np=2.79(HL/D){(d/D)^-14(b2/D)^0.83-」(d2-b1)/D「^-14「(b2-b1)/D」^0.83×「(3-2b1)/d」^5}聚合釜。

Abstract:The enlargement rules of polymerization reactor for the synthesis of carboxylated styrene-butadiene rubber latex was studied based on the features of its synthesis process,homogeneous nucleation of emulsion and low-soap polymerization by the experiments on cold model and commercial plant.The improved tetrabladed inclined impeller and tetrabladed inclined impeller were recommended and a relation of power consumption for improved tetrabladed inclined impeller was obtained as Np=2.79(HL/D){(d/D)-1.4(B2/D)0.83-(d-2b1)/D]-1.4(b2-b1)/D]0.83(d-2b1)/d]5}.At non-geometric similarity condition,Pw was in the range of 0.44 to 0.79 kw/t,Nc was more than 8 times/min.The polymerization reactors of 12 m3,15 m3 and 20 m3 were designed based on the above enlargement rules.
