23-8N奥氏体耐热钢热处理工艺研究

摘    要:对柴油机气门用23—8N奥氏体耐热钢按不同工艺进行了固溶和时效处理,检测了不同热处理状态钢的显微组织和硬度。结果表明,固溶温度会影响23—8N钢时效后的硬度,并且随着时效温度的提高和时效时间的延长,晶内碳化物不断增多,且有层状组织沿晶界析出。适合于中等功率柴油机气门的热处理工艺为1170℃加热30min,水冷,然后750℃×10h时效;或1130℃加热30min,水冷,然后750℃×16h时效。

Abstract:The austenitic heat resistant steel 23-8N for air valve of diesel engine was solution-treated and aged with different processes.The microstructure and hardness of the steel were detected under different heat treatment conditions.The results show that the solution temperature will influence the hardness of 23-8N steel after aging,and that with the elevation of aging temperature and the prolongation of aging time the intragranular carbides will become more and more and the lamellar structures will precipitate...
