摘    要:用自制的改性木质素磺酸盐处理电镀含镉废水,实验表明:在室温条件下.单体用量为1.5 mol/L,反应48 h时,可得到相对分子质量较大、絮凝效果较好的改性木质素磺酸盐.当pH控制在7,改性木质素磺酸盐用量80ms/L,絮凝60 min,室温条件下,可使含镉废水中Cd~(2+)的去除率达到99%以上.

Abstract:The cadmium-containing wastewater in electroplating has been treated by flocculation with a kind of home-made flocculant. The results show that the modified lignosulfonate having bigger molecular and better flocculation effect can be obtained, when the monomer dosage is 1.5 mol/L and reaction time is 48 h, at room temperature. Using the modified lignosulfonate for treating cadmium-containing wastewater, when its pH is 7, dosage of modified lignosulfonate 80 mg/L, flocculation time 60 min and at room temperature, the removal rates of Cd~(2+) from cadmium-containing wastewater reaches more than 99%.
