摘    要:机床动力学特性是影响高速高精度机床性能的重要因素,将直接影响机床的最后加工性能,是高性能机床评定的重要指标.在CHH6125卧式车削加工中心的研制开发过程中,在产品设计阶段对其采用有限元分析方法,对机床的原有结构进行动力学分析计算、对机床原有机构进行适当改进,提高机床的动力学性能;并对机床进行了试验,对分析结果进行验证.

Abstract:The dynamic characteristic of machine tool is one of the important factors that affect the performance of high speed and high precision machine tool, and it will affect the manufacturing final performance of the machine tool, and it is also an important standard to evaluate the performances machine tool. During the developing process of center for CHH6125 horizontal machining tool, FEA method should be used during the designing phass, and analyses and calculates and develops properly the original structure of machine tool in order to improve the Dynamic characteristic of machine tool. At the same time, experiments of machine tool should be done, and validate the analysis result.
