摘    要:选择多种催化剂用于催化癸二酸和2-乙基己醇合成癸二酸二异辛酯,研究了固体超强酸SO42-/TiO2-Al2O3的催化性能,并考察了影响反应的因素,结果表明,适宜的反应条件为:醇酸摩尔比3.5:1;催化剂用量1.0 g/mol癸二酸,带水剂甲苯10 mL,反应时间4.5 h,酯化率达98.5%。

Abstract:Di(2 - ethylhexyl)sebacate is synthesized from sebacic acid and 2 - ethyl hexanol on a series of solid superacids and the catalytic activity of S042-/TiO2 - A12O3 superacid is studied.The effects of the reaction conditions on reaction are examined. The optimum reaction conditions are determined as follows: molar ration of alcohol to acid is 3.5: 1,the amount of catalyst used is 1.0 g/mol sebacic acid, the volume of water carrying agent is 10 mL and the reaction time is 4.5 h.Under such optimum condition,the conversion is 98.5% .
