基于HyperWorks的单动液压机工作台轻量化设计

摘    要:采用HyperWorks和ABAQUS软件对液压机工作台进行有限元分析,给出了不同板厚模型在多种约束和载荷作用下的有限元分析结果,并根据这些分析结果进行优化设计,得出最合适的约束和载荷作用以及最佳的板厚,减少了液压机工作台的体积和重量,从而在保证液压机工作台工作需要和使用寿命的前提下,减少工作中的能量损耗,提高钢材利用率.这种分析方法为液压机工作台的轻量化设计提供了方法和思路.

Abstract:This article uses HyperWorks and ABAQUS to energy-saving design hydraulic press though the optimization and analyse of the hydraulic machine worktable thickness.This article gives many finite element analysis of the results which is given though different model in many constraint and load and find the best constraint and load with the results.Finally we optimize the thickness of the hydraulic machine worktable though finite element analysis of different thickness and reduce the bulk and the weight of the hydraulic machine worktable.We reduce the energy waste and increase the utilance of steel and pledge the need.The analysis method provides methods and ideas for the energy-saving design of the hydraulic machine worktable.This analysis method provide methods and ideas for the lightweight design of the hydraulic machine worktable.
