偏斜PHC管桩的检测及处理

针对某工程PHC管桩施工中出现的问题,进行了多种方法的综合检测,并根据检测结果,对事故的原因进行了分析。根据问题桩的偏斜状况及实际工程施工条件,对偏斜管桩采用填芯加固处理,并在承台间补打适量的钻孔灌注桩,使基础的承载力达到规范和设计要求。

Testing and Treatment of Deviated PHC Pipe Pile

For the problems discovered in PHC pipe pile project,the comprehensive testing has been carried out by using different methods.According to the testing results,the reason of the problems was analyzed.On the basis of deviating status and the actual construction conditions of the defected piles,treatment of infilling was conducted to reinforce the defected pipe pile,and an appropriate number of bored piles were added between the cushion caps,so that the foundation bearing capacity requirements can be met.
