高效预应力双向叠合楼盖的特点及工程应用

摘    要:高效预应力双向叠合板楼盖是目前国内正在研究探讨的一种新型楼盖体系,其具有预制和现浇两种楼盖的优点.结合工程实例,采用该种楼盖形式替代现浇楼盖,用高强低松驰钢筋作预应力筋,采用合理的构造措施,实现了楼板的双向传力,试验表明,高效预应力双向叠合板楼盖整体性大大增强,提高了承载能力和裂缝控制能力,满足大跨、重载、形状可任意分割等大跨住宅体系的要求,是未来高层大跨住宅体系中一种比较理想的楼盖形式.

Abstract:High-efficiency prestress tow-way combination slab is a new type of floor structural systems. It overcomes defects of traditional floor-slab systems. It uses low-relaxation and high-strength rein forcing steel as pre-stressed reinforcements. Using reasonable detailing measures, it makes force-transferring in two ways in the slab. Experiments have demonstrated this type of floor system can greatly increase the wholeness of the system and load-carrying capacity and crack-controlling capacity. It can satisfy house-building with large span and heavy load and shape can be arbitrarily partitioned. It will be a fairly ideal floor-slab system form in high-level and large span house systems in the future.
