高线性双电容位移式传感器的设计与应用

摘    要:针对液位检测的需要,设计了一种双电容位移式传感器,因采用双电容互补设计及合理的结构,消除了温、湿度等干扰的影响,同时具有大量程、线性好等特点,能在0°~180°范围内容量变化线性度优于0.1%。

Abstract:A kind of duble capacitor displacement transducer has been designed for the demand of liquid level measurment.With the two capacitors mutual compensation and rationlization consraction,the affection by temperature and humidity is eliminated.This equipment has advantages of wide measurement range and high linear.The various linearity of capacity is below 0.1% from 0°~180°。
