基于ANSYS的半挂汽车车架动态特性分析

摘    要:选择梁单元建立半挂汽车车架有限元模型,计算了车架的模态参数,分析结果表明,该型车架的各阶模态振型以扭转和弯曲为主,低阶模态频率处于路面激励频率范围内,主纵梁鹅颈部位产生较大的交变应力,易产生疲劳和断裂。通过局部刚度加强处理,建立关键部位的子模型,进行有限元分析,准确地得到该部位的应力分布,为车架的结构设计和改进提供了理论依据。

Abstract:The Semi-trailer frame finite element models are built with beam and the modal parameters of the frame are calculated.The modal analysis shows that the modes vibrations of the fram is reverse and bend,the lower modal frequency is within the scope of the road excitation frequency.The gooseneck of main longitudinal beam have a greater alternating stress,frame is easy to produce fatigue and crack.The frame's torsional rigidity can greatly enhance through enhance the local stiffness.The submodel are built and t...
